For support coordinators
Coordination time, billed without the spreadsheet.
Run your caseload on one board, log billable time against NDIS support items as you work, and let invoices build themselves. For support coordination agencies, and for providers who do both.

How it works for coordinators
01 / 04
Your caseload on one board
Tasks move from to do to completed on a board you can filter by participant or coordinator, with My tasks for each person. Each task holds its notes.
02 / 04
Billable time, logged as you go
Log time on a task against the participant’s NDIS support item. When it’s completed, it becomes an invoice line at the catalogue price for their region, split by NDIA, plan- and self-managed, with an NDIA bulk upload file.

Plans read for you
Upload an NDIS plan and its overview and goals are pulled into the participant’s profile. Funding pools show what’s allocated, spent and left.

Ask Atlas
Atlas can create and update tasks, with their billing, and write task notes. Nothing is saved until you tap Allow.
Support coordination and direct support
Doing both? One organisation.
Each participant’s services
Set each participant to support coordination, direct support, or both. Tasks are for coordination; shifts are for direct support.
The right people see the right files
Give each role access to coordination participants, direct support participants, or both, including their documents.
Separate invoices
Coordination and direct support are invoiced separately, from the same participant record.
